What's Underneath Body Image Struggles
Anxiety, depression, and trauma can sit at the core of many body image concerns. Body image is also heavily influenced by personal experiences, culture (such as social media), and relationships with family and friends.
Susan offers trauma-informed body image therapy and self-esteem therapy that helps you come home to your body with compassion, not criticism. She can help you better understand how these influences have shaped your body image, and help you reframe or reprocess the experiences and relationships that have negatively impacted it.
